What are the stall sizes and prices?
Stall sizes range from 2m x 3m up to 8m x 3m or larger depending on category and availability. Prices are based on size, positioning and the specific event layout. Each event and city may have a different price structure, which will be shared when applications open.
How often are your events?
The Luxe Affair runs in multiple cities throughout the year:
- Durban: 2 major events annually
- Johannesburg, Cape Town & other cities: 1 event per year
Why does my brand never get accepted?
Brand partner selection is a detailed and transparent process. There are many factors that influence the final list, including category saturation, quality, uniqueness, and brand alignment. Please do not take this personally - we often prioritise brands that are exclusive to The Luxe Affair, as well as brands that bring exceptional quality and originality.
If I do not accept a contract for one event, will I be accepted again?
Your application is valid for that specific event only. If you withdraw or do not accept a contract, you will need to reapply for future events, and acceptance is not guaranteed as each edition is curated independently.
How will I know when your events are scheduled?
Our 2026 event calendar is released well in advance, allowing brands to plan their production and schedules early.
How can I apply for a Luxe Affair event?
There is only one official way to apply which is via our website when the applications link goes live.We do not accept DMs, emails, or WhatsApp requests for brand submissions.
Can I share a stall with another brand?
No. Each brand must apply separately and be approved individually.Even if the brands fall under the same owner, each category will be charged separately.
Do returning brands get priority?
Returning brands are always welcome to apply, but we do not guarantee acceptance. Selection is based on category availability, saturation, and overall curation for that edition.
Do you provide stall setups, décor, or fixtures?
No. Brands are responsible for their own display, décor, branding, and stock.We only provide the designated space.
How will I receive my contract and payment deadlines?
Once accepted, you will receive an official acceptance email with your contract, invoice, and payment deadlines. Deadlines must be honoured to secure your space.
What happens if I miss a payment deadline?
Due to high demand, missing the deadline means your stall reservation will be automatically released and offered to the next shortlisted brand.
Can I apply for multiple cities?
Yes, you may submit separate applications for each city when applications are open.

Guest FAQ
What are your entrance fees?
Entrance fees vary by city and event.Details will be released closer to each edition.
Do you have salaah facilities?
Yes, salaah facilities are always provided. We encourage guests to make wudhu at home, as venues generally do not have dedicated wudhu spaces and bathrooms may not be suitable for it.
Is the food halaal?
Yes, all our food and drinks within the event are halaal.
Why do you play music at the event?
We play soft, ambient background music to enhance the overall experience and atmosphere. It is never loud or disruptive.
What kids' activities do you offer?
While The Luxe Affair is not primarily a children’s entertainment event, we always include a rotating selection of kids’ activities depending on the edition and venue.
Can I stay the whole day?
Yes, absolutely. Many guests spend the full day with us and many return again the next day!
Do you have paraplegic or accessible parking?
Yes. A dedicated accessible entrance and parking area will always be available, depending on the venue.
Do you have breastfeeding facilities?
We do not have a dedicated breastfeeding room. Mothers may breastfeed in the salaah area or any space where they feel comfortable. We recommend bringing a protective or nursing cover if needed.
Are prams allowed?
Yes, prams are welcome, but please note that some areas may be crowded during peak times.
Do you allow re-entry?
No, guests need to pay the entrance fee again if they would like to re enter. This is mainly for crowd control purposes.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking facilities will be available depending on the venue. Full details will be shared before each event.
Are food and drinks available?
Yes! Each Luxe Affair features a curated selection of food stalls, dessert brands, and artisanal beverages.
